DELIVERY

Please allow 5-7 working days for UK Standard Delivery of your order. We do however aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery outside of the UK, all deliveries are subject to customs clearance.

Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to 5 working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

RETURNS

All items are covered by our 14-day exchange or refund guarantee so please ensure your items reach us within 14 days of receipt. Please note returned items must be unused and in all the original packaging. Please complete the returns form.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted on a different colour/size of the same item. If an alternative item is required, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Items must be returned back to: Brox Apparel, Unit 1C, Riverside Trade Park, River Lane, Saltney, Chester, CH4 8RL in their original condition

NB: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Your items WILL NOT qualify for a refund or return if:

1. Items are not in their original condition or there any marks/makeup on the item

2.  You do not include your name and order number on the invoice.

For faulty and incorrect items the value of Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class delivery postage will be refunded. We cannot cover the cost of 1st class postage costs on return

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account.
